We are thrilled to be able to introduce you to our new partners at Amber's Bell Tent Camping at Hopton Court Estate.
The Riddings is a clearing of pine and deciduous woodland which makes up part of the huge 1800 acres Hopton Court Estate - a stunning part of the country, with a mixture of park and forest, set on the edge of the Shropshire Hills, a marked Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Nestled within the enclosed woodland, the trees offer shelter to our campers, a sense of being surrounded by nature, and with it a sense of being cut off from the modern world. This 6 acre hidden haven is home to 6 of our comfortable and stylish bell tents, leaving plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your own little patch of wilderness. Sleep to the sound of the swishing branches of the trees. Children can run free and enjoy the wild space, enjoy the rope swings hung from the oaks, gather cones from the pines for their fires.
Camping with us here at Hopton Court Estate offers an opportunity to press pause on life for a while. Unplug from modern life and recharge your spiritual battery.

Bathrooms
each tent has it's own brand new wc/ and wet room. They are lined up proudly on the entrance to field. Campers will be given a code to access them for the duration of their stay.

Access into the Wyre Forest Nature Reserve - for fantastic family friendly hiking and cycling trails
Hop onto a vintage steam train from nearby Bewdley on the Severn Valley Railway and hike back along the Severn Valley Country Park
Nearby access to the AONB of Shropshire Hills where a diverse landscape of moorland, heath, hills, woodland, farmland, rivers and valleys awaits offering fantastic rambles and more challenging hikes. Off road biking, climbing, fishing.
Explore the Severn Valley by canoe, with local canoe guide, enjoying the stunning scenery and stopping for lunch!
Visit Ludlow Castle and town - the town is host to a number of festival events annually including a gourmet food festival in September. The town has a diverse array of architectural heritage to explore, a vibrant market, fantastic eateries, interesting shops and of course the castle itself - a historical wonder!
Explore the industrial heritage of the canals at nearby Kidderminster. Walk along the tow paths of Staffordshire and Worcester canals or hire a day boat and cruise this quiet stretch of water

Hopton Court Estate is on the edge of an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, near the village of Cleobury Mortimer, 14 miles from Kidderminster. The Clee Hills are on your doorstep and the Shropshire Hills are just 20 miles down the road.
